Used uPVC Conservatory in Ipplepen, Devon for sale

One used conservatory for sale. It has now been disassembled. From looking at the photos, you can see it was fitted to the wall of the house. It is a five sided unit. A set of external double door are fitted, which could be located on opposite mirror side if suited. It measures 5metres wide and comes out 3metres from house wall. The roof is sloped from a central point which is at 3.4m high. Around the perimeter, the height is 2.2m. A dwarf wall would require building to carry the conservatory (apart from the section where the double doors are or course). Our records indicate this would be 0.5m high. This unit is supplied with the original blinds on all sides. The roof also has blinds included. Apart from the doors, the remainder of the glass panel include windows. One of the photos is a dimension drawing for your information. You should note that we did not measure the dwarf wall spacings and height, so it would be recommended that you initially build the shell on a surface to obtain the information to lay out the dwarf wall plan (and height). The glass panels were numbered when disassembled to aid in any future re-assembly. The original guttering is also included although the buyer may well choose to replace this to match in with their own existing profile. This is being auctioned with best intentions. We are replacing the conservatory with a brick built bedroom and ensuite. It is in good condition (is about 9 years old), with no problems I can recall. Obviously there will be new fixings (screws / bolts) required. I am available to answer any queries, however depending on the level of detail required I may not be able to help, as disassembled by builder. This is very much a bought-as-seen (whilst appreciating that the unit is now disassembled) and must be a "Buyer Collects", who would be responsible for the subsequent re-assembly.
